REENFORCE at the CoEER Partnerships Meeting!

Smart Agro Hub recently represented the REENFORCE project as an invited speaker at a session of the European Innovation & Strategy Dialogue Series, organised by the Congress of European Emerging Regions (COEER) — a forward-thinking European platform dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation and strategic exchange among regions, projects and organisations from across the continent.

A Platform for European Collaboration

The European Innovation & Strategy Dialogue Series is a recurring initiative by COEER designed to bring together project leaders, innovators and strategic partners in a dynamic and collaborative setting. Each session invites speakers to present their projects and initiatives, sparking a rich exchange of insights, perspectives and opportunities for future cooperation. The series reflects COEER's broader mission of harnessing the collective intelligence of European actors to shape impactful, forward-looking initiatives that contribute to the continent's sustainable development.

The session in which REENFORCE participated brought together a diverse group of European partners and projects, creating an environment of genuine openness and mutual learning that exemplifies the collaborative spirit at the heart of the Horizon Europe programme.

REENFORCE as an Invited Speaker

Smart Agro Hub presented the REENFORCE project to the assembled partners, introducing its mission to strengthen human capital and research excellence in sustainable crop protection across widening EU countries. The presentation covered the project's three core research pillars — bio-based and low-risk crop protection solutions, ecotoxicological assessment, and smart spraying technologies — as well as the training and secondment activities that are central to REENFORCE's capacity-building objectives.

The session generated substantive discussions on the relevance of REENFORCE's work to the broader European innovation agenda, and opened promising avenues for future collaboration with organisations and projects operating in complementary fields.

Participation in events like the European Innovation & Strategy Dialogue Series is an important element of REENFORCE's dissemination and exploitation strategy.
